Casa Cassara Winery was started by Dan’s father, Bennie Cassara, he wanted to create a family wine served in a friendly comfortable place. He remembered as a boy helping his father and his uncles make the family wine in the basement in Chicago. At Casa Cassara we have worked hard to continue his and his father’s legacy.

In the tasting room we have created a family friendly environment and we aim to treat everyone who walks through our doors as an old friend. We have a great staff, and each member brings something different to the table. Their interaction with our customers along with the great wines made by our awesome winemaker Mikael Sigouin is what keeps the customers coming back. When you walk through the doors of Casa Cascara’s tasting room, we want you feel like you are drinking wine with us in our home.

We are a small family-owned business, and it is not unusual to find our owners Dan and his wife Bridget pouring wines.

We currently have four wine clubs to select from with each one hopefully tailored to your needs. They are the Bronze Club, Silver Club, Gold Club, and Double Gold Club. For more details about each Club please go to our website at https://ccwinery.com/wine-club/

The Casa Cassara Tasting Room is located in Solvang just off Atterdag Road, on the northeast side of Mission Drive. There is parking behind our building, along with an entrance to the Tasting Room.
