The
Casa Cassara estate Vineyards are located in the Santa
Rita Hills just between Buellton and Lompoc and are currently
at the highest elevation of any vineyards in the region.
( Hence the name for our wine club, THE ALTITUDE CLUB).
It is here that our Estate Pinot Noir is grown on 12
acres, and produced at our own winery there by our winemaker,
John Krska, In addition to his winemaking skills, John
is also a well established viticulturist who farms the
many vineyards throughout the Santa Ynez Valley and Santa
Barbara County from which he handcrafts our non-estate
wines.
We have a light, airy tasting room in Buellton with
an area for your children to play under your supervision,
with a variety of toys, books, and puzzles. Our tasting
room, in addition to featuring our limited production
wines, also features gourmet wine gifts and offers a
gallery setting for several local artists.
